Five years ago, we launched Pixelcut with a mission to give every merchant creative superpowers. What started as a tool for background removal has grown into a platform that powers over 100 million images per month, created by all of you entrepreneurs, creators, marketers, and professionals.

Along the way, Pixelcut grew beyond a utility - it’s now a place where businesses come to produce the visuals they rely on every day. With that evolution we needed a name that could serve this larger vision while still paying homage to our roots.

Pixelcut.ai is now Pixa.com.
