Your Pixa account is used to access the various tools, content and subscriptions available in the app.

Supported sign-in methods

Pixa supports multiple sign-in methods including Email, Google, and Apple. You can sign up with any of these methods. If you don’t have an account, you can sign up here: Sign up
Use the same sign-in method everywhere. If you create an account with Apple on iOS, sign in with Apple on web and other devices to see the same content and subscription.

Signing in on another device

  1. Open Pixa on web or mobile
  2. Choose the same sign-in method you originally used
  3. Confirm you’re in the correct organization/workspace (if you use teams)

If you can’t find your projects

  • You may be signed in with a different method (email vs Google vs Apple)
  • You may be in a different organization/workspace

Deleting your account

If you want to delete your account, use the Pixa web app Account settings. Deleting your account removes your projects and subscription access and cannot be undone.
