- Confirm your subscription is active in the store or billing portal where you purchased it
- Wait a couple minutes after upgrading (entitlements can take a moment to sync)

- Use the platform’s Restore purchases flow (if available in Pixa)
- Sign out and sign back in
Web
- Confirm you’re logged into the billing account that purchased Pro
- Check for an active subscription in Account/Billing
