  • Sexual content (especially involving minors), nudity where prohibited by policy
  • Violence, self-harm, hate, harassment, or illegal content
  • Attempts to bypass moderation or repeated policy violations

What happens if you’re suspended

  • Some AI generation tools may be temporarily restricted
  • In severe or repeated cases, account access may be limited

How to appeal

Email support@pixa.com and include:
  • The email on your Pixa account
  • What tool you were using and what you were trying to create
  • Approximate time of the event
  • Any screenshots or error messages
